Issue Redeeming 12 Month Xbox Game Pass

I have been trying to claim the free 12 month pass for days now but it keeps saying "Unable to process your request. Please try again."

Can I get a resolution please?

Has the cooling off period since activation expired?

You need to use pc/laptop to access  MYBT not the app

My new service started on the 2nd of April so i should have 6 days to activate.

I am accessing the BT site with my desktop PC.

It is in my account under content partners, i just cant activate it.

Hi @NathanGreenBean,

You should be able to activate it from 14 days after your latest service started at the latest. You aren't required to get it activated within 14 days.

I'm going to send you a private message so we can look into it for you. It will take us about 5 working days to get back to you so hopefully this will be working by the time we are able to get back to you. If it is, just let us know.
