I'm not sure where to post this, but over recent weeks I have been unable to go to the Manage Broadband Products (I can manage my other products with no problem).
I now get a message saying:
We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later."
This has been going on for some weeks, so I think there must be more going on.

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
