I’m having issues viewing and accessing my account online and on the app. Says on the app that it is a glitch on BT end. Is there any of the Mods available that can look at my account and check if there is anything wrong? Thanks, Carwyn

Were you able to view your bills etc ok on your MyBT last month?
Or have you not been able to access them since your service got activated?

The error message said it was temporary so can you check if your still getting the error today?
Have you cleared your cookies and cache and tested again online?

I have checked today and the message is still there. I have also cleared cookies as you said and still cannot view my account, only shows Account 2 next to Account No: on the My BT page 😞
