Issues claiming BT Reward card - Too many redirections

Hello everyone!

 

I recently received a link from BT stating I could now claim my rewards card, but no matter what browser I use, Laptop or Phone, I get the same message: "This page has too many redirections" etc. How do I fix this and what can I do?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Thanks for posting about your reward card. Can you just confirm if all the orders have been closed and your services are all connected?

Maybe that's why, I'm not connected just yet. Should I wait until I am and then claim the card?

Hi David!

I hope you're doing well. My services have been up and running for a few days now, and I received another link to claim my rewards card, but it still redirects me to the main BT page😅 I think I'm unlucky
