Wondering if it might please be possible to get some assistance with the kit return process! I've been trying for the past month and a half to get a bag delievered to my address to be able to return the kit but am yet to receive a single one.
I've used the return your kit link on the account multiple times over a period of weeks and confirmed it's to be sent to the right address each time as I have recently moved, but to date not a single kit return bag has arrived.
Is there another way to request a bag?
Many thanks! Was not aware calling in for a kit was an option, have just tried now and hopefully we will see some resolution on this!
