I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years I’ve recently changed suppliers and I promptly returned my kit within 2 days of receiving the bag ,
I took it to a post office and paid for special delivery as instructed , then didn’t think anymore if it .
I’ve just received notification of a charge as they have received it back and now it’s been so long (months) I can’t find the receipt !
