Hi
I have an entry on my credit report for an unpaid bill of £43 from 2013. I have reference number or details on how to pay this although I cant ever remember taking out a contract with BT. I am happy to pay it as its causing me issues at work which will result in me losing my job.
Can someone contact me to discuss this please?

The first thing you need to do is raise a dispute with either Equifax, Experian etc, depending on who the debt is with. You can do that at
