The MyBT app seems to work however the BTMail app is not. When tapping on the Login to BT Email button it just responds with ""Sorry ! Please try again later"
EDIT: Deleted and re-installed the BTMail app and it appears to now work.

I’ve just tried again and it’s still the same. I can get in but the screen is just hanging and account number is still showing as ‘inactive’
i am logging via the BT website on both my phone and my laptop.
When I click on my products etc it says: Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment, we are trying to fix the problem, please try later. Been like this since Wednesday when I was asked to change my user name to an email address. I was also asked to set up 2 factor authentication
I have spoken to Tech Support on several occasions but they don’t seem that helpful.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it’s not working on my phone. I am locked out due to requesting a verification code too many times
Having the same issue on the web pages. The app has never worked for me, always needing an activation code.
