Looking for MOD assistance with issue to accessing my account (MyBt) on laptop. When I login getting the attached screen and unable to access any other section products etc. Also have not been able to download my bill since Dec 23 getting the other screen notice. It would appear that system is all screwed up at BT. Hope someone can help with a solution. Cheers. Al

I'm glad you got this sorted. For the benefit of the community clearing browser in Edge and updating Windows sorted this out.
