Hi I've also had the same issues.
Somewhere between going back to work full time and juggling life with a small child I've missed placed my proof of delivery.
I've tried ringing customer service and quiet frankly it was a joke. I got told and I quote ' we are too busy to look for it, so the fine will be applied and if we locate it we will refund it.'
Now I understand its my fault for losing it.
Is there any other way of dealing with this? As you could imagine £140 Is a lot of money in the current climate.
