Merging accounts

I am a new customer and due to a mix up on my part, I ordered my landline and broadband separately. As a result I can only my phone bill and phone details on my bt app, even trying to flip between accounts doesn't work. Can any of the moderators help? I realise this isn't something I can do myself.
