Mini hub

Hi 

I'm being disconnected by virgin media on the 8th November. My BT broadband is scheduled for the 17th November. How do I get a mini hub during the changeover,as my son uses broadband for his homework.

Hi, @paulous2 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you ordered a broadband plan with the Halo 3 or 3+ add-on? We only provide Hybrid Connect or Mini Hub equipment to customers when we fail our keep-connected promise that's included with these plans.
