Missing refer a friend vouchers

Hi

I was referred to BT by a family member, and I've successfully signed up and paid for 2 bills.  I got an email on 23rd February saying the Amazon £50 gift card would be paid within 30 days.

Can you please let me know who I can contact to get them?  The person that referred me is also waiting on their vouchers.
