Moved broadband from BT to ee

Hi

I have cancelled my BT services and moved to EE broadband only service on the 8th of march. However I'm still paying BT original charges.

Could you please help me with this?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
