Moving out

I've been discharged from hospital into a care home. I've had to give up the tenancy on my home which came into effect yesterday. I'm not staying in this care home but I have to find a new home that is suitable for my health needs. How do I cancel my BT broadband in my old address when I can't give a new address.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150 first, and see if they can help.
