I have multiple account numbers linked to my email adress. When i try to login to my BT i'm recognised agaisnt an old closed account rather than my current broadband account. I cant manage my account because whenever I try to login im not recognised correctly? How can i resiolve this?

Sorry that you've got this issue. You can set up the BTID for for current account with an email address you've not used before. Alternatively we can help fix the existing BTID for you.
