Multiple Accounts on one BT Id

Hi there,

I have been with BT on and off over the years and as such I have 6 accounts linked to my email login. The problem I have is my login only shows 3 oldest accounts so I cannot add or even see products. I have seen this has been fixed for others on this forum, is my account also fixable to only show one, or default to my current account when I login?

Its also worth noting as only the oldest 3 accounts show, this prevents me from accessing the 12 months xbox game pass that came with my sign up.

@morley107 welcome to the community, if it's suitable we'd probably have to delete your BT ID, which would enable you to set it up again with only your newest account details. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details and the moderation team will be able to help.
