Multiple Accounts

Hello, I have a similar issue, I joined as a bt mobile customer with the same email address as I previously used for a bt sport package, so have two accounts showing in profile which I think is confusing things. 

 

Is it possible to have assistance removing the old one? (same email address as my profile here)
