Multiple 'Your Bill Is Ready' Emails - How To Delete BT Accounts / BT IDs ?!

I keep getting multiple emails from BT every month about my bill, only one of them is for my BT ID which is expected and wanted, the others are for these weird all number BT IDs that I can't identify and have no idea why they are linked to my account. I also apparently have multiple accounts (again, no idea why).

I contacted BT by phone (03301234150) but that just got me nowhere, I have spent hours speaking to people who have no idea what is happening nor offering any help. I've been promised callbacks and haven't heard anything for many months. I really want to get this sorted today. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.
