My BT Error message: We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again.

Hi, I am trying to access My BT to view bills and also activate the Discovery+ app, however whenever I sign in with my BTID the My BT page gives me the following error message: We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again. (I've had broadband and TV working fine for around 3 months, for context)

I have previously been with BT so there is an old account no. showing on my profile as well as the current one - could this be causing the issue with the BT ID?

Can someone please help to delete old accounts associated with my email/BTID and help me to access My BT & Discovery+ please?
