My BT error.

I open the My BT opening page and select 'My BT'.

I log in and it opens.

My account page says............

'Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment'

'Account No: inactive.'

 

This has persisted for a few weeks....My account is paid as and when BT take the money each month.

All the other links work OK!
