I use the link to my rewards card but nothing is there. I used to have a BT account but left and have now returned. In my account details I get this message!! Looks like the old account is causing the problem. Can you please rectify this so I can claim my reward. I have been with BT for a month this time,.
I cannot find the link to my BT Rewards Card. Have been looking for a month but it does not show up when I use the link sent to me.
@inmelb12 have you chosen the other account number from the drop-down option in the top right corner in MyBT?

yes I did but that did not work either
In fact the 2 account numbers showing are NOT the account I have now!!
@inmelb12 you can add the new account number, by clicking on the link that's shown in the screenshot you posted.

I added the new account but when I click on claim my rewards from the email sent to me, it defaults to one of the old ones, I have to say this is becoming extremely irritating. Please remove the 2 old accounts.
