I recently moved house and returned to BT from Sky.
I haven't been with BT for many years but I have 3 old accounts as well as the new account associated with MyBT ID.
The 3 old unused accounts are causing the website to behave strangely, I can't view my products, bills, orders or offers, just get error messages.
I need to get the 3 old accounts removed from My BT ID.
I have tried several times to get this fixed by the calling customer services but they haven't not been able to help.
I do not have a different email address I can use for my BT ID.
There is no option to remove accounts on the website, just to add accounts.
Please could someone advise me on how to get this fixed.
