Can someone tell me when logging into my mother in laws MyBT it goes into Email after initially seeing the Account information in MyBT for a second?
While in the Email, and try to log in again it doesn’t recognise the password!

I’ve literally just sorted out the problem for her. She has different passwords for Email and MyBT !
