I used to have BT services a few years ago and changed provider. I have now come back to BT but I have a new account number than my old one.
Whenever I sign in to MyBT either online or on the app, it defaults to my old account and I am unable able to change it to my new one to check my services and bills etc.
I have already tried clearing Data and cache, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Can anyone help?

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to delete the old account.
