Need another XBOX Ultimate game pass as I have lost the first one

Hi I have lost the XBOX ultimate game pass validation code and need to obtain a new one. I have spent hours trying to get one from the help centre and have not been able to get an answer. 

Is there anyone on here who has had the same issue and got an answer of how todo this please?

Hi @Coleman150567, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. When you log into your MyBT at www.bt.com/mybt does the option to activate the Game Pass no longer show as available?
