On Sunday, I had an email stating that Netflix had been added to my account. I then also got an email saying BT TV and a phone service had been added. On Sunday An advisor said he had encountered the issue of Netflix being added to accounts without the consent of the Bill payer. Since this, other advisors have stated this is not the case. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience recently? Advisors stated that the order was made online but I definitely did not order this as I was driving and no one else has access to the account.

Hi @woodward414 I'm sorry there were changes made to your package online without your consent. The first thing I would recommend doing would be to change your MyBT password and set up two-step authentication to help ensure that it remains secure. Did the helpdesk cancel the orders?
