Setting up a new BT account to order Broadband etc but when trying to log on it asks us to click the activate link in the activation email sent to the email account for the account. But we can't get to the email because the account isn't activated! I think that we should have given a different email address to which we already have access. How can we get out this catch 22 situation.
Hi @PhillipAlan welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm a little confused, BT no longer provides email addresses to new broadband customers. Has the Broadband order been placed already?
