Hello.
I need some help.
I have two accounts. An old one from about 4 years plus ago which is dormant and I have rejoined now with BT so a new account number allocated.
However.
When I go to my account the old number is there and no new details no package no payment and no idea how to update.
I also want to redeem my £100 voucher but cannot cause its saying I'm not eligible cause of ny old account.
I can't get to chat because the new account doesn't have a landline.
Please help!!!

When I sign in now I get no account details found with this user ID ?
Very odd if you have changed the ID over and deleted my OLD account?
Can you check this is OK?

Hi @mikeossy80, sorry it's still not working.
The BTID hasn't changed and the old account is now removed. Try a password reset and see if that resolves this error.
If you're still getting an error after that please send me a send shot (via Private Message) of the error and note the time you tried to log in and I'll raise a fault.
