My sister is 65 years old, and is a vulnerable customer on disability benefits and with permanent mental health issues and lives in sheltered housing. She lives in a village which has no mobile phone signal. She desperately requires a new landline installed in her home, with broadband so that she can use the wifi for wifi calling on her mobile phone (which she is sometimes called on) and needs the landline for normal use. She has no other way to contact anyone other than to leave her home which she cannot do in a hurry or quickly in any emergency. She previously had a landline and the service was provided by TalkTalk but they have not been helpful in restoring the service which completely stopped working some weeks ago. So she wants to move to a more reliable supplier and has been recommended BT. I tried to set up a new account for her online and was not able to get this prioritised for her as a vulnerable person. Please could you help and direct me to the right person in BT or webpage within the BT site where this can be arranged.
