New user/account

I had full fibre installed on Friday  into the flat I have moved in to. It's working great and am happy with it but I cannot access my account on the BT website. Keeps coming up that their are no account details. How long does it take to active? Also when will the first payment come out?

Thanks for posting. It's great to hear your installation completed as expected. Can you just confirm when the orders closed? Have you set up a BTiD?

I was with BT some 20/22 years ago when they first started doing the ADSL lines but the email I use now wasn't even live back then. I can't see it being that.
