No Final bill

I did have BT Broadband and TV. I decided when the contract was up to go just for Broadband. On 1st May I spent quite a long time with online sales organising a new fibre broadband. I was informed I would receive a final bill from BT and my full fibre broadband would be with EE installed 17 May 24.  I am still receiving monthly bills from BT and no DD for EE coming out and no email about the new contract. I have tried online chat to sort and made several phone calls with promises of resolution with no success.  What do I need to do?
