I left BT and got the final bill credit letter, but I forgot about that and had already deleted the direct debit.
Any ideas what the procedure is ? should I call ?
also I have returned the Smart hub 2 and the 4G mini hub and had confirmation of signed delivery from Royal Mail but got another email / text asking for me to send it in.

From a recent similar posts if you have left BT AND lso cancelled your DD then any money due to you will be sent by cheque
If you have the proof of posting from royal mail then phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you

If they send it by cheque, be careful as we never received ours for £150. I don't know if it was sent to wrong address or stolen but it was cashed according to BT.
