Hello,
I cancelled my BT TV and broadband in Dec , they confirmed it would end 27th Jan. Received a text a couple of days saying it would end 27th Jan. Then i received a bill on 8th of Feb which has just come out my account - bill was for 4th Feb - 3rd March.
I have phoned twice and was told first time there was a problem and they couldn't cancel my service. Second time they told me that it would just resolve itself which it has not.
How can i get a final bill?
