Hi,
After a WI-FI upgrade I returned the old equipment nearly a month ago but receive almost daily messages about the non return of the items. The My BT facilities seem useless in providing any obvious means of sending anyone the proof of posting. The choices on the 150 phone line give limited choices and fault finding etc. One customer email address from the website is an invalid address. The whole thing is a pain in the neck and I foresee a £43 erroneous bill coming.
Is there any simple way of contacting anyone about this?
