just looking for some help from the admins/mods please.
I’ve seen this question so many times, and I get there is different accounts you can choose to view and then cancel but sport monthly…. I seem to have 2 accounts, one active one that when clicked on says account closed in red box….
there seems to be nothing for me, I’m worried I will get charged another month. I really don’t understand why when purchasing monthly plans it can’t all be under one account for us?

Hi @Luke2023, thanks for getting in touch. On checking further I couldn't find a Sport Monthly Pass account that was set up. You also could find no record of a charge on your statements for the service.
You'll keep an eye on your statements to ensure no charge appears when it would be up for renewal and will get back to me if you're charged. If no charges appears we'll take it the account set up never completed.
