I have seen in previous threads that a moderator might be able to help in the submission of an ORDI to correct/update the Openreach database?
Could a moderator please reach out if that is the case, I'm struggling to get this done via customer service on the phone.

The only BT employees on this forum are the moderators, who no longer have account access.
If you are a BT customer, then if you contact BT, they can ask Openreach to update any records.
