I have returned as a customer to BT, and have a new account number. I have linked this to my existing BTId, and can see the option to select the new account under billing/usage. However, there is no option to select this new account when viewing my products.
Can my old/redundant acc number be removed, or can my new number become my primary acc number?

Thank you for posting and welcome back to BT. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed from your BT ID.
