New account not adding to My BT

Hi.

Despite repeatedly adding my acct. ref. to my online acct., it never adds. As the MyBT app. fails to work, I'm a bit stuck. Any advice on how to resolve, please?

Hi @Kingbroady welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems adding your account details, can you let me know if you're getting an error message on the MyBT app?

Also, have you tried adding the account via the MyBT website? Login to MyBT on a web browser, click your details then account and on that page you can add an account.

Yes, tried website and app. Website advises may take to minutes to add, but never does. The app. advises 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' This is followed by three bouncing balls.

I've same issue,  would it be possible to actually post the solution to this please? I'm a new customer and it's not been a "great" experience so far.

I recently signed up and am having the same issue. Unable to login properly to any of the apps because of this. 

 

What is the solution?
