Hi bombarded with email saying return my kit which i would be delighted to do - it prompts me to login then select return my kit (this does not exist)
I have not received a return bag and now have 7 days before i am charged.
Reading some questions regarding returning equipment on here it does not seem to be a isolated issue. Please contact me so you can send a returns bag. I have moved address and want to make sure it lands there.
