I have come back to BT but notice my BT ID is linked to an old closed account and does not show the newly opened account. How can I resolve this please?

If you're in a hurry to get this resolved give us a call on 0800 800 150 and customer services will be able to fix this for you. If you're in no rush at the moment, I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and will be happy to help you get it fixed.
