I signed up to BT Broadband today via MoneySuperMarket and I am supposed to be able to claim a BT Reward Card, but when I click on the link in the confirmation email and select the correct account, I just get a blank page with just a header and footer.
This seems to be a common issue after looking at other forums.
I have many accounts, presumably from the different times I've signed up to BT Sport through my EE contract, but I am definitely selecting the correct account for Broadband.

Hi @JordanTaylor94, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
I suspect then multiple accounts on the BTID is preventing you claiming the reward. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get it claimed.
