Old Mobile billing account

Hi Is there any way to retrieve an old Mobile account.  I need to prove purchase of phone for insurance purposes.  My contract was from April 2018 to 2020. Is it even possible??

Think your best bet is to submit a data request via the Privacy link at the bottom. Not much data gets stored beyond 1/2 years so unlikely but it’s the only way to find out.
