Hi @Dfaz87 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having issues with your MyBT account. When this happens the best way to resolve it is to delete the BT ID and that enables you to set it up with only the new account details. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help, we're busier than usual at the moment so it may take us longer to respond than we would like.
