This genuinely threw me for few moments. When I checked the additional usage on my most recent on-line bill it doesn't give the correct total for the filter selected:
Of course, it's the total cost of all additional calls (mobiles AND landlines), but the text next to the total on this page strongly suggests it should be the sum of the 5 entries displayed.
The 'Your Usage' page the shows a summary of the charge for additional call and the correct sub-total for calls to landlines is shown there: £20.14.
I'd prefer to have emailed BT/customer support about this, but could only see options for 'phone (easier to explain with an image than on a call) or here in Community.
