I accepted an offer on July 12 to upgrade to fttp with digital voice and Halo3. Although everything was complete and working within the month, the order is still open in My BT. A yellow note on it apologises that it's taking longer than expected but says they are working on it. As far as I'm concerned the only thing I expected that hasn't been done is removal of the old telephone lines so I guess that's why it's showing as still open. I'm not being inconvenienced at all and am not going to wait 40 minutes on the phone trying to get some action. Can the mods here help at all?

Openreach do not normally remove the existing copper phone line when upgrading to FTTP and DV so don't think that is reason your order has not completed
