On the face if it your FTTP seems a relatively straightforward installation, overhead , single stage , no anticipated issues ( about as straightforward as they get ) , so if ‘Openreach’ have cancelled it would seem odd unless the checker data is incorrect.
TBH , the orders that appear on ‘My BT’ often seem contradictory's and difficult to follow , but as the Mod has offered to check what’s going on , it may be wise to wait for them to contact you .
