The wife has been trying to upgrade to Full Fibre and switch to Digital Voice since April.
We've placed 5 orders and everytime it's cancelled because of a BT internal system and an issue with Digital Voice. Tried calling the last one we went through X but still the order has failed.
Now beyond a joke, before I go to the ombudsmen does anyone have ideas?
We need DV as our older relatives in their 90s's use a landline and we don't want them bearing the costs of calling a mobile.
