On the BT website I'm seeing price differences between streets. I called up customer service and even they said it was strange and a likely cause could be because BT were trying to compete in the other area and that there was no movement on the price for me, only the possibility to wave the upfront cost.
How is this fair when the price difference isn't a few pounds, it's quite significant in my opinion for the exact same package, Full Fibre 500.
On my postcode it's £22.49 for 5 months then £44.99 a month, 24 month contract
For a postcode that is 4 streets away it was £44.99, now £30.99, 24 month contract
Even the upfront cost is different, £29.99 for my postcode but £9.99 for the postcode 4 streets away.
Has anyone had the same experience? Is it possible to talk to someone about this to raise this?

I have tried 2 separate addresses and both gave same result £30.99 for Fibre 500. that offer was supposed to end last night unless extended
This is what I'm seeing, why the styling is different I do not know.
don't know what a homebuyer's option is which seems to be the difference
