Took out new package. Over a month on and my new account won’t allow my to click on the correct account to follow the process. However an account from 3/4 years ago allows me to check for reward eligibility??
No numbers to contact, 0 live chats. Seems like BT has gone backwards since the last time I used them as a service provider.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you have an old account linked to your BT ID this can sometimes cause issues when trying to view the active account details. If you send me your details, I'll be able to remove that old account and claim that reward card on your behalf.
